The Limelight property is currently under construction and will feature approximately 151 hotel rooms and 15 luxury residences. Substantial site work has been underway this past summer, with construction continuing into 2023 and 2024. Limelight has a prime location across the street from The Village at Mammoth. The Village provides ski lift access to Mammoth Mountain’s Canyon Lodge, restaurants, shops, it is the main hub for the town shuttle system and Mammoth Mountain’s Bike Park. Amenities at Limelight will include an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and kids game room. “The Lounge” is a great room within the hotel which will house a restaurant, bar, and indoor/outdoor terrace.
